Odell Coleman is a customer analytics strategist who helps companies to use their most valuable resource—their customer data—to create analytics-driven customer acquisition and retention and then leverage it to grow revenue and profit.
Odell is the founder and principal of ColemanWick, a customer analytics firm that helps companies to drive innovation, increased customer satisfaction, and revenue by utilizing predictive, prescriptive and descriptive analytics.
Prior to founding ColemanWick in 2008, Odell developed customized market research at October Research and worked as a marketing research professional at Kent State University. He also served as Visiting Professor at the College of Business Administration at the University of Akron, where he taught graduate and undergraduate classes in market research and analytics.
Odell holds a B.S. from Kent State University, a Master’s in Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and a Masters in Non-Profit Organizations from the Mandel Center for Nonprofit Management at Case Western Reserve University.
